What We Offer:

- Earning Potential: $105,000 - $115,000+ including reasonable overtime loading and generous allowance, inclusive of super
- $40.1378 - $44.0315 hour, depending on skills and experience
- Attendance Allowance: $32 payable on rostered worked hours

Role Responsibilities:

This role requires a mature and professional approach with excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include:

- Diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, assembling thefleetand ensuring safety, quality and Busways standards arefollowed at all times
- Maintaining all company vehicles and assets in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines
- Ensuring all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures




- Attend breakdowns and carry out any field related mechanical repairs
- Effectively and efficiently communicate any safety or maintenance issues
- Adhering to all Work, Health & Safety requirements whilst performing work duties
- Reporting and repairing all accident damage asrequired
- Performing ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed

Our workshop staff play a critical role within the business to ensure our ever-evolving fleet of vehicles are continuallymaintainedto the highest standard to keep our staff and passengers safe out on the road.

Youcan expect to beprovided with all necessarytraining,this will include relevant information about ourvarious makes and models of vehiclesto ensure a thorough understanding of standards required to meet contract obligations.

The Successful Applicant Will:

- Hold the relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) essential
- Certificatelllin commercial vehicle mechanical technology or above, but will consider Certificatelllin light vehicle mechanical technology with 4 - 5 years post apprenticeship experience in a similar role with the same level of responsibilities would be highly regarded
- Have experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles (training provided to develop these skills)
- Ensure adherence and understanding to WHS regulations and relevant company policies
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
- Apply a proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement
- Be physically fit to carry out the necessities of the role
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, and working with children check
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or haveunrestrictedworking rights in Australia
- Hold a currentUnrestrictedAustraliandriverslicence issued by the relevant State

Highly Regardedbut Not Necessary:

- Heavy vehicle diesel mechanic experience (we provide training and development)
