We're looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to help people with disability live more independently and enjoy a fulfilling life at home and in their community.

We're looking for staff with availability to work weekends, afternoons, public holidays and sleepover shifts!

What you'll do

n

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

n

n
- Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, food preparation, medication support, and mealtime routines.
n
- Encourage independence and skill-building through person-centred support and teaching moments (big and small).
n
- Create opportunities for residents to connect with their community, explore interests, and engage in meaningful activities.
n
- Work alongside team leaders and colleagues to implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs).
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support secure, quality and empowering care.
n
- Complete admin tasks such as compliance reporting,



client paperwork and incident documentation while following genU policies and WHS standards.
n

You'll also need:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability or related qualification
n
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety & You")
n
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
n
