Client Service Executive - Insurance & Private Wealth Implementation

Keegan Adams are partnering with an award-winning Private Wealth Advisory group servicing a range of individuals and families with significant wealth. They take particular pride in providing tailored advice and forging deep and lasting relationships with their valued clients.

Working within a collaborative team setting, you will be providing support to one of the company's most successful & well respected advisors, ensuring all clients receive an exceptional service and accurate and efficient administration of their financial planning requirements.

n

Typical duties include:

n

n
- Liaise with high net worth clients on the implementation and management of their portfolio
n
- Develop relationships with clients and third party providers
n
- Ensure compliance obligations are met, and all necessary paperwork has been sent and received within required timeframes
n
- Reporting on client portfolios
n
- Administration such as filing, photocopying,



typing, data entry
n
- Responding to accounting and audit enquiries relating to client portfolios
n
- Maintain and update accurate data within CRM systems
n

n

To be successful you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a financial planning environment in a similar client services role
n
- Finance/Business degree preferred, with Financial Planning qualifications a distinct advantage.
n
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for client satisfaction
n
- Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks
n
- Understanding of confidential nature of work and professional integrity required
n
- Team player
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
