Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria seeks an Aboriginal Cultural Advisor to provide senior guidance and in office support across prison locations. You will work with Aboriginal women and offenders, helping to reinforce ties with communities and post-release partners.

You will operate within the Yilam team, leading design, development, implementation and monitoring of culturally informed policies and programs aimed at reducing over-representation.
