The Monopoly Company in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking full time or part time managers or supervisor to join The Stardust Hotel, a pub/gaming restaurant venue. You will assist in running the hotel efficiently and profitably and manage day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, hospitality industry knowledge, RSA/RCG licences, solid customer service, cash handling, and leadership skills. Australian work rights required.
