a'Mare 2.0 at Crown Sydney is seeking Senior Sommeliers to join our award-winning team. This casual-to-full time role offers opportunities in a energetic Italian dining precinct with an extensive wine cellar and world-class service expectations.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in hospitality, 1–3 years sommelier experience, solid wine knowledge across Italian, French, and Australian wines, and fluent English. RSA certification and Australian work rights are required.
