The Care Manager plays a vital role in coordinating clinical care for residents,



ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering a compassionate, team-oriented atmosphere. In this leadership position, you will guide and mentor staff, oversee care planning, and support residents' rights and wellbeing, all while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

n
Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent, registered with AHPRA
n
Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential aged care
n
Robust knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and quality frameworks
n
Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical skills
n
Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
