Highgrove Bathrooms is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its retail showrooms in NSW. You will drive sales, coach the team, manage rosters, stock and customer experience, and ensure smooth operations across showroom and back-end processes.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in a quick-paced retail workplace, robust communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve KPIs while maintaining high showroom standards. Weekend availability is required.
