We are looking for a friendly and motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
In this position you will be expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children, by:
Developing positive, comforting and nurturing relationships with children at the service
Developing positive and respectful relationships that support and partner with families and the community
Implementing the policies and associated procedures of the organisation at all times
Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service's operations.
Early Childhood Education - minimum requirement Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Child Protection Qualification
Explicit Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
Demonstrated experience in leading children at group time




Demonstrated experience in observing and documenting children's play using EYLF
Responsibilities
include:
Assist with the implementation of a play-based learning setting responsive to children's interest, strengths and abilities
Contribute to the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and reflection of programs which reflect the Early Years Learning Framework and the emerging skills and interests of children
Engage in critical reflection and evaluation of children's learning
Ensure children's individual needs and wellbeing are supported
Contribute to the development of an environment that is secure and fosters curiosity, exploration and problem solving
