The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a qualified Social Worker (0.5 EFT, fixed term until October ) to join the Social Work department. You will provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for families and children, addressing current diagnoses, chronic illness, trauma, family violence, bereavement, and psychosocial needs within a multidisciplinary team.
You will collaborate on discharge planning, referrals to community providers, and contribute to quality improvements,
