Job Description
Morco Fresh Queensland seeks a Primary Products Quality Assurance Officer to oversee QA and food safety across receiving, processing, storage and dispatch of fresh produce. You will implement HACCP-based systems, conduct inspections, testing and verification to ensure compliance with product specs and Australian food laws.

The role is in office in Brisbane, requires early starts (5am–6am), and involves audits, record-keeping and corrective actions in a quick-paced wholesale workplace.
