Western Sydney Local Health District invites applications for a Senior Mental Health Clinician within the Older Persons Mental Health team at Cumberland Hospital. You will provide specialist care for older people with complex mental illness and guide transitions into community-based care.

You will lead clinical supervision, education and service improvement, while building partnerships with consumers, carers and external services to support secure, meaningful outcomes and independence for clients.
