We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Storeperson to join our Trinity Petroleum Operations team in Cairns.

n

If you enjoy practical work, keeping things organised, getting out and about with deliveries and providing great service to customers, this could be a great fit.

This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily look the same. You'll help keep our lubricant store running smoothly through stock management, warehousing, customer orders, deliveries and general operational support — all while maintaining a robust focus on safety and service.

What you'll do

n

n
- Receive, store, pick and dispatch lubricant products accurately and efficiently.
n
- Complete lubricant and packaged product deliveries to customers across the local area.
n
- Load and unload stock safely, including operation of a forklift.
n
- Process customer orders, invoices, delivery dockets, stock transfers and associated documentation.
n
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with monthly stocktakes and investigation of stock variances.
n
- Provide friendly, responsive service to customers via phone, email and face‐to‐face.
n
- Help identify opportunities to support and grow lubricant sales through great customer relationships.
n
- Keep the warehouse, depot, vehicles and equipment clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.
n
- Complete required vehicle, trailer, depot and safety inspections.
n
- Provide operational support across the broader team, including Marlin Marina refuelling facility coverage as required.
n
- Follow all safety,



environmental and operational procedures and contribute to a safe workplace every day.

What you'll bring

- A practical, hands‐on attitude and willingness to get stuck in and support the team.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to stock, orders and documentation.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- Confidence using computers and systems to process orders and maintain accurate records.
n
- A proactive approach to problem‐solving and getting things done.
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close‐knitted operations team.
n
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and following procedures.
n
- Experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, fuel, lubricants or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
n
- A current Queensland Manual Driver Licence.
n
- A current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.
n
- A current High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift).
