About the role

n

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in product management,



category management, commercial planning or supply chain operations.

n

Working closely with the Category Manager and internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, you will provide operational support across the full product life cycle for our TV, Soundbar and Monitor categories in Australia and New Zealand.

n

You will also have the opportunity to work with Global HQ in China and gain exposure to international product planning, forecasting, supply chain coordination and new product launches.

n

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working with data, is highly organised, and is comfortable coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

n

Key responsibilities

n

Product Operations & Life Cycle Management

n

n
- Support the Category Manager with the day-to-day management of TV, Soundbar and Monitor product categories across Australia and New Zealand.
n
- Assist with New Product Launch (NPL) activities, including product information, launch preparation and internal coordination.
n
- Support product pricing updates, sales policy implementation and market information tracking.
n
- Assist with End-of-Life (EOL) planning and product transition activities.
n
- Maintain accurate product information and support ongoing product portfolio management.
n

n

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

n

n
- Maintain and update Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI) reports across product categories.
n
- Assist with demand forecasting and regular forecast updates in internal SCM and BMP systems.
n
- Monitor inventory levels and support the identification of slow-moving or ageing stock.
n
- Assist with shipment tracking, container allocations and port planning.
n
- Support monthly inventory clearance and stock management initiatives.
n

Sales & Market Monitoring

n

n
- Assist with tracking monthly Sell-In (SI) and Sell-Out (SO) performance against targets.
n
- Prepare regular sales, product and inventory reports for internal stakeholders.
n
- Conduct weekly online retail price monitoring and maintain accurate market pricing records.
n
- Support the team with competitor and market information as required.
n

Global HQ & Cross-Functional Coordination

n

n
- Assist with communication and coordination between the ANZ team and Global HQ.
n




- Support product-related administration, including technical specifications, compliance and certification requirements.
n
- Assist with tracking production schedules and shipment progress.
n
- Coordinate product information and operational updates with relevant internal stakeholders.
n
- Support AU and NZ-specific product requirements and ensure information is communicated accurately and on time.
n

Other Duties

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head.

About You

n

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to develop broad experience in product, commercial and supply chain operations.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline would be highly desirable.
n
- Up to 1–2 years of relevant work experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
n
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an interest in working with data and business performance information.
n
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to organise, analyse and maintain data accurately.
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
n
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
n
- An interest in consumer electronics, technology, product management, supply chain or commercial operations.
