An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6-month contract) to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team based in North Sydney.

n

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working closely with leaders and the People & Culture team, you'll support the delivery of recruitment activities across both operational and corporate portfolios while helping to provide an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do

n

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

n

- Support end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate roles.
n
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling and offer management.
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment outcomes.
n
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
n
- Assist with talent attraction initiatives and talent pooling activities.
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within our recruitment systems.
n
- Build robust relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
n




- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
n
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on recruitment projects and process improvements.
n
- Ensure recruitment activities are compliant, consistent and aligned with company processes.
n

What You'll Bring

n

- 1-2 years' recruitment experience gained within an agency, RPO or internal recruitment environment.
n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
n
- A passion for delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
n
- Confidence using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office applications and other recruitment tools.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
n

Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, industrial, engineering or other blue-collar environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
