KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner services

n

Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards

n

Support kitchen operations including stock control and deliveries

n

Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control standards are met

Assist with menu execution and daily food production

n

Work collaboratively as part of a kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

n

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher

n

Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-structured kitchen environment

n

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach

n

Proven track record of delivering consistent, high-quality dishes in high-volume environments

n

Ability to work well under pressure
