The Role
n We are seeking an experienced Remote Diagnostic Technician to complete accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration support across a range of vehicle makes and models.

n

You will have solid diagnostic capability, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with modern vehicle electronic systems, including ADAS, ABS, SRS, EPS, and body control systems.

n

Key Responsibilities Include:

n

- Complete remote diagnostic, programming, and calibration-related tasks accurately.
n
- Interpret repair procedures, wiring diagrams, and technical information.
n
- Document work completed clearly and comprehensively.
n
- Use multiple diagnostic platforms and software confidently.
n
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
n
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
n
- Communicate professionally with customers, repairers, and team members.
n

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

n

n




- Fully qualified automotive technician.
n
- At least five years' hands-on automotive repair experience.
n
- At least two years' experience as a diagnostic or master technician.
n
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience with modern vehicle electronic systems and diagnostic equipment.
n
- Current, clean full driver licence for manual and automatic vehicles.
n

Preferred Skills

- OEM training and dealer-level experience highly regarded.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Computer literacy and ability to operate multiple diagnostic platforms.
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings.
n
- Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and technical data.
n
- Clear, accurate technical report-writing skills
