We are seeking out a skilled and reliable Painter to join our growing team at Azure, delivering high-quality finishes across residential projects. This is a hands‐on role where you'll take pride in your work, contribute to a strong team culture, and play a key part in delivering projects to a high standard.

About The Role

n

As a Painter, you'll be responsible for delivering professional painting across our projects, ensuring finishes meet quality expectations, timelines, and safety requirements. You'll work closely with the Painting Supervisor and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a clean and protected site.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery high quality,



defect free finishes in line with project specifications
n
- Prepare, protect and finish surfaces to a professional standard
n
- Work collaboratively with other trades to support project timelines
n
- Maintain clean, organised worksites and safe work practices
n
- Follow all WHS requirements and site procedures at all times
n
- Identify and report any quality or site issues impacting delivery
n
- Support apprentices and team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
n

About You

- Proven experience in residential painting
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
n
- Reliable, team oriented, and takes pride in their work
n
- Good understanding of site safety and construction process
n
- Holds a current White Card
n
