- Reception:Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and provide proactive support

- Hospitality:Assist with events, meetings, and VIP visits

- Engagement:Build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere

- Support:Handle mail, deliveries, and day-to-day front-of-house needs

About You:

- Experienced in a customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, reception or similar)
n
- Naturally personable, proactive, and detail-oriented
n
- Confident building relationships and anticipating needs
n
- Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable
n

What You Bring:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, retail, airline, or similar
n
- Strong service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
