Job Description
Riviera Farms Pty Ltd in Bundaberg, Queensland, seeks a team leader to manage harvest and processing crews of up to seven workers. This is a full time, permanent position capped at 38 hours per week, with wages aligned to the Horticultural Award Level 3.

We aim to recruit four team leaders starting January 2027 for a four-year term to support field operations, crop planting, packing, transport logistics between sites, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the farm.
