We are seeking a customer service orientated assistant for our hair & beauty warehouses in Newcastle.
n
A background in the hairdressing industry is essential.
n
You would be joining a company, which has over 30stores nationwide and sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry. With approximately sku's our business has a diverse range of products.
n
To be successful you must:
n
Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
Be organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
n
Have experience in sales.
n




A hairdressing background is essential asthese products are the main focus of the business
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
n
Picking, packing and invoicing orders.
n
Restocking shelves and displays.
n
Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.
n
Assisting with general administration duties
n
Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
n
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
n
