We are seeking a reliable Yardhand to join a busy manufacturing building supplies operation in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors and being part of a fast paced team setting.
ROLE n
n
Loading and unloading building materials
n
Picking and preparing customer orders
n
Moving and stacking products around the yard
n
Assisting with stock control and general yard duties
n
Ensuring orders are picked accurately and ready for dispatch
n
Keeping the yard clean, organised and safe
n
Assisting drivers, production and warehouse staff where required
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
REQUIREMENTS n
n
Previous yard experience preferred
n
Current forklift licence with minimum 2 years experience
n




Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
Good attention to detail when picking orders
n
Comfortable working with customers in a quick paced environment
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
