Queensland Health is seeking a Manager Operational Assurance to lead a high-performing technical team responsible for the delivery, operation and support of enterprise infrastructure services. You will ensure reliable system connectivity, manage ICT incidents and problems, and align services with service levels across the branch.
You will oversee infrastructure resources, monitor performance, develop workforce and business plans, and manage vendor contracts and budgets.
