I'm working with a leading top-tier Australian firm looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its Corporate M&A; team in Sydney.

For corporate lawyers wanting exposure to the full spectrum of transactional work, rather than being pushed into a particularly narrow practice, this is an excellent prospect.
The work n
You'll work alongside some of the market's leading corporate lawyers on major Australian and cross-border transactions across:

n
Public M&A;, including takeovers and schemes
n
Private equity transactions
n
Equity capital markets
n
Corporate advisory and governance
n
n
The client base includes major listed companies, financial sponsors and international organisations, with matters spanning infrastructure, energy, financial services, technology, healthcare, mining, media and retail.

Ideally, you'll have solid Corporate/M&A; experience from a leading Australian, international or top-tier firm and be comfortable working on sophisticated transactional matters.

Australian corporate lawyers currently overseas and considering a return to Sydney are also encouraged to get in touch.
