Job Description

Table Art is looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to join our small Coolum team. We hire table linen for weddings, corporate events and celebrations, and this role helps get every order out the door and safely back again. This is a diverse job for someone who likes to keep moving. Some days will be spent preparing orders in the warehouse; others will involve plenty of deliveries, pickups and laundry runs.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and counting hire orders before dispatch
n
- Checking, counting and processing stock when it returns
n
- Delivering and collecting orders in our Volkswagen Caddy
n
- Coordinating linen movements with our laundries
n
- Keeping the warehouse organised and helping the team wherever needed
n

About you

- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
n
- Strong and fit
n
- Sharp eye for detail, especially when counting stock
n
- Enjoy practical work and being part of a small team
n
- Happy spending a significant part of your working day driving
n
- Current driver's licence and comfortable driving an automatic Volkswagen Caddy
n
- Can safely handle boxes and linen as part of a physical role
