We are looking for an experienced freelance bookkeeper to help set up and organize the financial side of our newly incorporated business. (Price hourly is negotiable) startup company. We need assistance with:

- Setting up QuickBooks Online
n
- Creating a proper chart of accounts
n
- Organizing existing business expenses and receipts
n
- Setting up income and expense tracking
n
- Creating an organized digital filing system
n
- Organizing financial records for our accountant and CRA
n
- Creating simple bookkeeping procedures/SOPs for ongoing use
n
- Helping establish a system that can scale as the business grows
n

We are looking for someone who has experience with Canadian businesses, corporations, GST, startup bookkeeping, and financial record organization.

The goal is to have a clean, skilled bookkeeping system in place from the beginning and make ongoing financial management as simple and accurate as possible.
