We are a leading swimming pool retail store and maintenance company seeking a full-time retail & admin sales assistant for our Malvern based store, warehouse and repair centre. This role will work within a small team, requiring the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. No experience in our industry is needed as we will teach you everything you need to know.

Key responsibilities

n

- Creating bookings and basic problem solving over the phone
n
- Creating quotes and general administration
n
- Checking and actioning emails
n
- Assisting customers instore
n
- Completing water samples and analysis
n
- Processing sales with POS system
n
- Ordering and processing inward and outward goods
n
- Maintain stock levels and inventory counts
n




- Robotic Cleaner repairs (no prior experience required, training provided)
n
- General warehouse ad hoc tasks as needed
n

About you

n

- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Outstanding work ethic and punctual
n
- Sound communication, reading and numerical skills
n
- Ability to lift approximately 20kgs safely
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Valid Forklift licence would be helpful but not necessary
n
- Rotating roster for Saturday work (until 2pm)
n
- Dedicated and confident person able to learn various skills and be open to ongoing training
