About this chance

n

You will be a senior member of our national payroll team, mentoring and coaching payroll officers and supporting our offices across Australia

n

n
- Support the Payroll Operations and Systems Manager in the delivery of effective and efficient payrolloperations
n
- Act as a point of escalation andlead a team of 3 to 4Payroll Officers
n
- Maintain specialist knowledge of Payroll Practices, Employment Legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
n
- Complete all necessary compliance lodgments for single touch payroll, superannuation, and Portable LSL
n
- Prepare payroll reporting for management as required
n
- Drive to achieve continuous improvement in the overall payroll processes

About you:

n

n
- Experience inend-to-end payroll andin a senior or similar role
n
- Leadership or mentoring experience
n
- Strong award and enterprise agreement interpretation, with a sound understanding of superannuation and long service leave legislation
n
- Experience with Aurion payroll system is highly desirable
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
n
