Our Support Office in Pinkenba is the heart of our operations. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer in our Employee Services Team. This is a 6 month full time contract role - beginning September 2026 - end March 2027. This is a great opportunity to join our team, supporting a national, family owned business.

About the role:
n
The Administration & Support Officer is responsible for administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to onboarding new employees, raising letters of offer, status change and salary change letters, email management, general phone queries and assisting with other administrative and support as required within the Employee Services Team. This role reports directly to the Employee Services Manager. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

This role is a fully in-office position.
n
Position Purpose: The Employee Services Administration and Support Officer is responsible for the administrative support to the Employee Services Team.
n
Key Accountabilities:
n
Preparation of letters of offer and award tables
n
Preparation of letters for status changes and pay increases
n
Employee Services email mailbox sorting.
n
Answering phone queries within ability.
n
Assisting with the data entry of timesheets if required.
n
Relationship (REL) updating for new Managers.
n
Other duties as required.
n
General:
