To continue providing our superior customer service we need to expand our Customer Service Team which operates from our Brookvale Office on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

n

We are offering:

n





A full time permanent Customer Service Team Member position (with an initial 6 month probation period)

n

37.5 hours (either 8am – 4pm OR 9am – 5pm, reliant on the role) Monday to Friday

n

Duties include-

n

n
- Processing purchase orders,
n
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
n
- Invoicing, credits and returns
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Products (Outlook/Excel/Word)
n
- Knowledge of Myob/Exo systems an advantage
n
- Keyboard skills is beneficial
n
- Passion to learn
n
- Ability to work independently, within a team
n
- Excellent spoken and written English
n
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and varied environment
