State of Victoria is seeking a seasoned qualified to manage complex WorkCover claims lifecycle and lead return-to-work strategies. You will guide and coach People Leaders, identify injury trends, and support early intervention across the department to ensure durable outcomes.

This role requires solid stakeholder management, advanced report writing and analysis, and explicit presentation skills to collaborate with WorkCover Victoria, WorkSafe Victoria, unions and service providers.
