Shepherd Services is seeking a Project Manager – Civil & Disaster Recovery to lead end-to-end delivery of road and disaster recovery projects across regional Australia. The role involves roster-based work across multiple sites with in office leadership, safety, quality control and active stakeholder engagement.
You will manage conditions on wide-ranging sites, build trust with councils and communities, and apply the Shepherd Way to ensure defensible, structured delivery.
