Chandler Macleod Group is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full time contract. You will conduct person-centred assessments, identifying and articulating participants' support needs with transparent, evidence-based reasoning.

You will apply policies and work across virtual and in-person settings, maintaining accurate case notes and collaborating with stakeholders to improve participant outcomes.
