Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development
n
Create creative western silhouettes including dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear.
n
Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand aesthetics and fashion trends.
n
Work on detailed
illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches
using Photoshop & Corel Draw.
n
Source and experiment with
fabrics, trims, and embellishments
suitable for both western and fusion styles.
n
Sampling & Production
n
Translate design concepts into samples with the in-house team.
n
Ensure fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage align with quality and cost.
n
Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.
n
Trend & Market Research
n
Stay updated with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion.
n
Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation.
n
Brand Aesthetics
n
Maintain Fashion Dwar's identity:



up-to-date yet rooted in premium quality and detail.
n
Ensure
every design reflects elegance, comfort, and commercial appeal
.
n
Key Skills & Tools:
n

Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (must have strong command).
n
Fabric Knowledge:
Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.
n
Design Expertise:
Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.
n
Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.
n
Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.
n
Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
n
2–5 years of qualified experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
n
Portfolio of previous work (required).
