Job Description

UCBC is seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our Civil Construction team on projects across Sydney. You will operate Positrack and Excavators, focusing on exact level work, material spreading, and stockpile management while maintaining strict safety standards and productive collaboration with ground workers and supervisors.

Ideal candidates hold tickets for one or both relevant plant, have a minimum of 2 years' experience on civil sites, and a proven record of reliability and teamwork.
