You are a proactive, business support professional who takes pride in both your work and your workplace. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy supporting others to achieve shared success. You’ll play an important role in supporting our Technical and Administration teams, adding real value to a well-established organisation that genuinely values its people.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing technical administrative support to technical and other business support staff
- Use and manage in house and external software,



such as BCS, and the NSW ePlanning Portal
- Prepare and collate statutory paperwork
- Provide clients with general assistance in a professional manner
- Prepare fee proposals and expressions of interests and tenders on a variety of projects
- Support other state offices for building approvals
- Other related duties that fall within the business unit as directed

- Learn quickly and retain current information effectively
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
