About You:

n

n
- Qualified Assistant Property Manager with current registration
n
- 6 + Months of property management experience
n
- Confident with routine inspections and maintenance coordination
n
- RTA/QCAT experience ideal but not essential
n
- Highly organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
n
- Enjoys autonomy but thrives in a supportive, people-first environment
n

You'll spend most of your time out of the office completing routine and vacate inspections, supported by an experienced admin and PM team who handle the bulk of the paperwork, maintenance coordination, and trust accounting.
