The Role

We're seeking a savvy retail operator who can excel in a fast-paced management setting. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations while driving sales performance and developing your team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff rostering and wage budget management

- Stock control, ordering and inventory optimization
n
- Visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Budget achievement and KPI performance tracking

- Team development and performance management
n
- Customer service excellence and sales growth initiatives

Essential Requirements

n

Experience & Skills:

n

- Proven retail store management experience (essential)
n
- Strong merchandising flair with attention to visual presentation
n
- Sales-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement
n
- Experience in rostering staff within wage budgets
n
- Stock ordering and inventory management expertise
n
- Team leadership and performance management capabilities
n
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
n
- POS system proficiency
n
- Upbeat, friendly personality with natural motivational abilities
n

- Previous experience in discount variety retail sector

- Track record in high-volume retail environments
