STEAK CUTTING TEAM LEAD - Mon-Fri 1-10 PM TRAINING PROVIDED

Fresh Meats is a fast-growing, family-owned food business employing 140 people. We process over 60 tonnes of meat weekly, alongside seafood and value-added cooked products, supplying customers across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and other institutions throughout Queensland. We operate to high standards of food safety and do not tolerate any drug use. We value respect, openness, cooperation and teamwork. We seek a full time qualified Butcher or Chef to -

n

lead a small team in operating machinery to portion steaks

n

ensure product quality/ consistency and team productivity

n

manage yield proactively

n

Skills and Attributes:

knowledge and emphasis on food safety, sanitation and workplace healthy and safety
