Noẽma, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the opening team and deliver best-in-class service and bar operations.

You will bring demonstrated experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a premium venue, strong cocktails knowledge, stock ordering and guest-focused service. RSA required; weekend availability is essential.
