Manufacturing Assemblers

National Workforce is currently seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our busy production team in Chipping Norton

If you enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions and are looking for a stable opportunity with full training provided, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will be responsible for:

- Assembling products using hand tools
- Operating machinery when required
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Moving finished products using trolleys and pallet jacks
- Stock counting and general production duties
- Repetitive lifting of up to 10kg
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience is preferred.

We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending work consistently




- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to follow instructions and work to production requirements
- Safety-focused and willing to follow workplace procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 10kg
- Available 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Available to attend a site walkthrough prior to commencing
- Hold full Australian working rights
