General functions of the role include: n

Prospecting current buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity
n
Updating CRM & online listings to accurately reflect property information
n
Generating enquiry reports to track leads and quality of marketing
n
Assisting with the negotiation and exchange closing of sales contracts
n
Work directly for a successful, self-funded developer with a robust pipeline of current
n
Utilise a full size, on site display suite with the latest sales technology to achieve results
n
Earn uncapped bonuses on top of a competitive base salary
