Fregon Anangu School is seeking an organised, proactive Admin Assistant to join our team and provide crucial administrative support. Whether this successful applicant is located at Fregon or in another location or a combination of the two can be discussed throughout the selection process, this will be based on the applicants ability to demonstrate the have a sound knowledge of school admin operations and have the capacity work and achieve goals without direct supervision.
About The Role n
Working closely with the Principal and school staff, you will support daily operations and help ensure the smooth running of both administrative and financial processes from a distance.

About You n

Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, managing school administration tasks.
n
Skilled in office systems, digital organisation, and prioritising to meet deadlines from a distance.

Experience with EMS.
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to maintain positive working relationships through phone, email, and online platforms.
n
Understanding or willingness to learn about working with Indigenous communities and supporting culturally protected workplaces.
