The Role
As a Front of House Specialist, you drive membership sales and deliver an elevated welcome. You manage prospective leads, host high-converting tours across our thermal pools, gym, and Pilates studios, and seamlessly convert inquiries into long-term members.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion: Lead site tours, present membership tiers, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly enrollment targets.
Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on inbound inquiries, manage member referrals,



and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Front of House Standards: Manage guest check-ins, maintain immaculate visual reception standards, and ensure complete account accuracy.
About You
Proven background in front-of-house sales, membership acquisition, or revenue-focused luxury hospitality.
Confident closer comfortable presenting high-tier pricing with refined, non-aggressive communication.
Driven by explicit sales targets, pipeline conversion, and brand precision.
