Metro North Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver advanced nursing care in the Rehabilitation and Acute Stroke units. You will apply expert clinical judgement within a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes for patients with complex rehab and stroke needs.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, respond to changes in health status, and provide education to patients and families to support recovery and independence.
