About the Role

Do you enjoy meeting new people, providing exceptional customer service, and being the friendly face that welcomes patients each day?

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team at our Parramatta Clinic on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an integral role in creating a positive and supportive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Availability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating roster is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.

n

Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.

n

Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.

n

Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.

n

Maintain a well-organised and skilled reception area.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).

n

Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.

n

Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

n

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.

n

Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
