Job Description

Optus seeks a Senior Network Engineer – Sensitive Customer to provide Level 1 operational coverage and technical support for sensitive incident management. You will own end-to-end network fault restoration and incident tickets, ensuring services are restored efficiently and KPI targets are met.

Collaborating with internal engineering, field services, government and emergency services, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders in a sensitive workplace.
