Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in modern Mexican cuisine. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full time basis.

This is a genuine full time position in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Responsibilities: n
n
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
n
Managing kitchen operations during service
n
Assisting with menu planning and development
n
Supervising and training kitchen staff
n
Managing stock control and ordering
n
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
n
Requirements: n
n
Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
n
1 year experience as a Chef
n
Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
n
Ability to work evenings and weekends
n
Strong organisational and teamwork skills
n
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
n
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
