Job Description
Queensland Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Rapid Response Falls Service in Cairns region. The role focuses on in-home assessments, falls risk prevention, wound care and multidisciplinary care planning within a community setting.

You will work as part of a agile team to deliver rapid in-home support to older adults at risk of falls, coordinating with other services and ensuring high-quality patient care in the community.
