Mergent Group is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team for a major project in Roxby Downs, South Australia. This project is scheduled to run through until February , with prospects for ongoing work on future projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused leader to oversee site operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Essential Requirements n
n
Sound knowledge of workplace hazards, risk management, and safety procedures.
n
Construction Industry White Card.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
Current National Police Clearance.
n
Building Supervisor Licence (where applicable), supported by a relevant trade qualification.
n
Electrical Licence (where applicable).
n
Strong leadership,



communication, and organisational skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment.
n
Key Responsibilities n
n
Supervise and coordinate site personnel to ensure secure and productive work practices.
n
Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all project activities.
n
Identify and manage equipment defects, faults, and maintenance requirements.
n
Lead hazard identification and risk management processes, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
n
Provide clear and effective verbal and written instructions to team members and subcontractors.
n
Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with project
requirements.Foster
solid working relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
n
Collaborate with multiple trades and disciplines to achieve project objectives and maintain project schedules.
